Capiz is known as the seafood capital in the Philippines. The people here are so nice; they are hospitable, kind, handsome and beautiful physically and emotionally. Capiz is a place where they thought about “aswang”. Capiznon was so disappointed about that things, because that’s not true, Capiznon are all good and there is no monster in here, maybe the one who tells about that things are the one who will call “aswang”, because they have no evidence that there is “aswang” here in Capiz. Maybe they are insecure in the town of Capiz, that’s why they made a nonsense and scary story so that tourist and foreign people will not go in Capiz, because I believe that Capiz is one of the best tourist spot in the Philippines.
Capiz has 16 towns, namely; Cuartero, Dao, Dumalag, Dumarao, Ivisan, Jamindan, Ma-ayon, Mambusao, Panay, Panitan, Pilar, Pontevedra, President Roxas, Sapian, Sigma, and Tapaz. Every town has their own native festival and dialect.
